Professional Bio
Debbie is the creator, and web designer of this site.
Debbie has been in the fitness industry for over 30
years. She specialized in teaching boxing and
custom aerobic programs for most of her fitness career,
however, after a good friend of hers (Nora Miley)
introduced her to Zumba, she decided to add this popular
program to her schedule.
She wanted something different and exciting to teach. Debbie is
also the Creator of a new fitness program called "Z-Box
Fitness®".
Debbie is the producer of Fit Talk Cafe`, short fill-in clips called, "Fit Tips", and an
award-winning local cable show,
Fitness Motivators
The award winning show has been airing for over 17 years now. It
is shown in a few cities throughout Michigan. Debbie, along with
her twin sister, Donna are on the show together and
sometimes features the entire FM Team.
Debbie is certified through AFAA and is she is also an AFAA
Examiner and AFAA Provider for the Z-Box Fitness®
program.
Personal Bio
Debbie is involved in
community service and loves to help people achieve their
goals. Debbie is also a professional artist and
photographer. Some of her work can be seen
