Professional Bio
Donna’s main focus is to teach clients how to love
themselves for who they are and not what society expects
them to be. “Our body is a temple. We need to nourish
it with love, acceptance, exercise, and nutritional
foods. Do not poison it. After all, this is the only
body we were given and we need to treat it with respect.”
Donna saw how excited Debbie, her twin sister was about
Zumba, decided to take the Instructors
Workshop for herself. Because the Zumba Master Trainers,
Debbie Wood and Barb Klontz
gave such a
wonderful presentation, Donna understood the excitement.
Adding Zumba to Fitness Motivators schedule was a
bonus for the students!
Donna designed specialized, original exercise programs for
Fitness Motivators such as: Interval Training with
Weights, Cardio Kickboxing, Box-Chair Tone, Interval
Step Training, Low Impact for Beginners, All Floor Body
Toning with Weights, kids aerobics, corporate fitness,
etc.
Donna is certified through AFAA and is one of the Master
Trainers for FiTour. She is also an AFAA Examiner and an
AFAA Provider for the Z-Box Fitness® program.

Donna has over thirty-two years emphasizing knowledge
of business management, an extensive entrepreneur
background, and advanced/expert computer skills, and web
